Rompetrol Rafinare, a member company of the KMG International Group, recorded, in the first 9 months of the year, a consolidated gross turnover of approximately 4.87 billion dollars and an operational profit (EBITDA) of approximately 327 million dollars, as a result of higher market quotations compared to similar periods last year.

Rompetrol Energy, part of the Kazakh-Romanian Energy Investment Fund (KREIF), announces the successful delivery of the two Siemens gas turbines, which are to be mounted and prepared for integration into the new cogeneration plant, near the Petromidia Năvodari refinery. The equipment represents the main technological parts of the assembly that Rompetrol Energy will operate starting next year.

Rompetrol in partnership with Asociatia Daruieste Aripi carried out two projects to modernize the obstetrics-gynecology post-surgery unit and, respectively, the emergency reception unit of the Constanta County Emergency Clinical Hospital. The total investment amounts to 756,000 lei, of which Rompetrol contributed 456,000 lei (100,000 USD), and the Association 300,000 lei. Constanta County Hospital serves a population of approximately 1 million inhabitants in the Dobrogea area.
