Shares and shareholders
As of 7 April 2004, the shares issued by ROMPETROL RAFINARE have been traded on the regulated market operated by Bursa de Valori Bucuresti S.A. (the Bucharest Stock Exchange - “BSE”) under the Standard category, with the market symbol RRC. Listing on the stock exchange was the start of our long-lasting relation with the Company’s shareholders.
ROMPETROL RAFINARE provides equal access for shareholders, whatever the size thereof, to reliable, accurate, sufficient and timely information in accordance with the legal requirements to report on the operational and financial activity of the Company.
