TRANSACTION NOTICES

In this section, ROMPETROL RAFINARE S.A. published the notices made in accordance with the provisions of art. 242-246 of the Regulation no. 5/2018 of the Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) and those of art. 19 of the Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014. 

According to the European Regulation on market abuse (REG EU 596/2014, article 19), persons discharging managerial responsibilities, as well as persons closely associated with them, shall notify the Financial Supervisory Authority (FSA) and ROMPETROL RAFINARE of every transaction conducted relating to the financial instruments issued ROMPETROL RAFINARE S.A. 

ROMPETROL RAFINARE is required to make sure that the abovementioned information is public. 
ROMPETROL RAFINARE shall publish details about such transactions in this section. 

The transactions conducted pursuant to the provisions of art. 242-246 of the Regulation no. 5/2018 of FSA and those of art. 19 of the Regulation (EU) no. 596/2014 can be accessed also by clicking the link below:
